The club had a successful day today at the Scottish Athletics U14 Indoor Championships at the Emirates Arena with 3 gold medals, 1 bronze medal and PB’s galore.
First up on the podium was Lewis Heslop who won bronze in the Shot Put, increasng his PB in the process from 8.88m to 9.53m.

He was followed up soon after by Harrison Brand who won Gold in the 60m sprint also setting a new PB of 7.45m.

Harrison was back on the podium later in the afternoon after winning Gold in the 200m, again setting a new PB of 24.32.
The 3rd Gold Medal of the day was won by Jack McMillan in the 800m. Jack also set himself a new PB of 2.20.14

Also in action for the club today were Sophie Hendry and Lilly McMullan in the 60m, both setting new PB’s. Sophie with a time of 9.22 and Lilly 9.07
Edward Elliot in the High Jump also setting himself a new PB of 1.29m
Rebecca Pew in the Shot Put setting a new PB of 5.32m
Rebecca was back in action later along with Neve Lindsay in the Long Jump
Lily Maxwell in the Shot Put setting a new PB of 30.56
Finlay Edwards was also in the 800m, winning his heat with a new PB of 2.40.93
Edward Elliot was in action again in the Long Jump
