Competing is central to our approach. We view it as a way of unlocking potential.

All ages compete in the indoor, track and cross country seasons. There is a great mix of individual and relay events. There are also several league and district whole-club meetings in which clubs compete for points across a range of events and ages.

Amongst the track venues are Scotstoun, Kilmarnock, Wishaw, Grangemouth and of course East Kilbride.

Cross country (XC) venues include Cumbernauld, Irvine, Kilmarnock, Lanark and Falkirk.

We are close to the Emirates Arena, where many of the indoor competitions are held. Being involved with the club gives an opportunity to compete on the track Laura Muir has made famous.
