A massive well done to Ben Baillie on finishing 4th in the SIAB 3000m today, fantastic achievement. The event is pretty much the British Schools Championships with the top 2 from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales schools championships racing each other.
Ben ran 9.01.52 after a pretty steady first 1000 meters, he beat both athletes from Ireland and Wales. He put over 10 seconds on the Irish boys, both of which had better PB’s going into the race.
